THREATgaming is back!

It is with GREAT anticipation that I announce the return of the THREATgaming pub community! With the adoption of the SoCal Dust2 2000FPS server (173.254.193.23:27015) and an already established community of players, we hope to return to our former glory soon!

THREATgaming > MILF

On a fast paced and overplayed de_dust2, THREATgaming has come away with yet another win for the regular cevo-main season! After taking first half with a strong 12-3 score on T side, a confident THREAT team strolled into 2nd half eager to finish out 3 quick pistol rounds and send MILF packing. But an exciting comeback from MILF forced THREATgaming hard to the defensive and made for an intense and almost "SPARTAN-esque" 2nd half, where our heroes in red (LOL!) were able to courageously hold the line and bring home a solid 16-11 victory.

Unfortunately, due to HLTV problems and poor planning on my part, this weeks HLTV demo is sadly unavailable from our downloads section. Instead, please allow the following picture to serenate your soul.

First Loss

After a close and exciting back and fourth match, gameFRAG has given THREATgaming their first loss of the season. Strong from the very beginning, gameFRAG took the first half 9-6 with an obviously well practiced T side. Second half was a different story however, with THREATgaming leading several rounds and successfully taking both bombsites many times before gameFRAG finally countered and won the match by a single round.

Final Score: 14-16

But we continue to hold our heads high! Already focused and preparing for next round on de_dust2, we only learn from our mistakes and grow stronger with each defeat.

As always, an HLTV demo of the match is available in our downloads section.

CBN Finally Caught!

HALLELUJAH!
There is still justice in the world. Today Nolen "cbn" Caleb from Rageaholics Anonymous was FINALLY caught cheating and banned from CEVO. All matches he has participated in have been overturned.

... Except Ours.

For some reason our match has yet to be changed, but a brief and panic'd followup leaves us confident that it will be updated very soon. An unusually large number of disputes this week, coupled with it being Easter Weekend has most likely left our poor CEVO administrators understaffed and overbusy.

So being the super-incredibly-awesome team that we are, we calmly await the dust to settle and CEVO to catch their breath. =)

In the meantime ... I have a new sig.
